Shipping policy

Processing times

  • We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

  • During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: usually 2–5 working days

  • International (if enabled): delivery times vary by country and carrier.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Some low-cost services may not include tracking.

Customs and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and handling fees charged by your country. We are not responsible for these additional costs or for delays caused by customs.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at shop@wildvero.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and help investigate.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible if an order is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
